We make use of The Courier Guy as our delivery partner for local packages.  You can track your package via this link https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

Delivery times are estimated from the day of dispatch from Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg, South Africa and can be influenced by stock shortages or special orders. Although we mostly are able to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with delivery within 2-3 working days.

 

There are various options for your convenience and to ensure you get your parcel as quickly as possible.

• Standard Courier is a same day / overnight service for Gauteng but takes 2-3 working days for all other areas outside of Gauteng.  The cost is R150.00 and is free is if you spend R1500.00 or more.
• Emergency Overnight Delivery will ensure your parcel is delivered to you overnight so you don't have to wait if you live outside of Gauteng.  The cost is R200.00.
• The Courier Guy Lockers - this is a locker to locker service offered by The Courier Guy and the same tracking link applies.  Shipping is limited to packages no more than 1000g and delivery can take 2-3 working days.  Collection must take place within 36 hours after receiving your PIN code.

If you want to come and collect the parcel yourself or arrange for after hours collection then please select Local Pick up.  Once payment has been received you will be contacted to collect your parcel.
